Rules

The basic rules our guild was built on.
They should be observed at all times.

1. Be kind and courteous to everyone, and respect others when respect is due. Insulting people, even for a reason, is not friendly behavior. We strive to be a friendly guild.

2. Never ninja loot or kill steal. Be fair.

3. Please do not curse in guild chat. This doesn't mean you can't joke around, please do! If you feel the need to use profanity, please only type the first letter and fill in the blanks with **** or &^%$#. If you break that rule, please refer to the cursing fines and punishment page.

4. Please do not attack towers unless authorized specifically by the guild president. Helping to defend friendly org towers is of course allowed though.

5. Please do not beg anyone for money as it is considered very rude. There are many ways to make money, and we will usually be more than happy to help you get some cash by yourself.

6. Have fun no matter what you do, and remember, this is just a game.

Code of Conduct

The following rules are actually more of moral and ethics rules than real laws. A kind of code of honor. Most rules are obvious, and if you were recruited, at least half of this will appear as normal. But a reminder is never a bad idea.

1. No malicious arguing or swearing in clan chat.

2. Respect others. If someone has a strong issue with a topic of discussion or some such thing, cease talking about that matter in clan chat. Guild leadership can direct that discussion of a topic cease in guild chat.

3. Never attack Clan or citizens, or militia without provocation. Agreed upon arena duels and combat training are legitimate exemptions. Any friendly fire incidents will be reported up the chain of command to keep the leadership informed of possible unfavorable press.

5. Don't be a mission hog. Take turns selecting missions to give everyone a chance for getting a mission item.

6. Attend events. Every member shall endeavor to attend meetings and events. While such participation isn't mandatory, it enhances "esprit de corps" and ensures that those who hold/organize such events have not wasted their time. And it's funny.

7. No selling of equipment within Clan chat. All items posted there are to be donated only. However it's not forbidden to accept credits from a guild mate if he offers to pay for those items.

8. Members who are offered items from other members shall take such items only if they can reasonably be expected to use them. This means you don't accept an item when your only intention is to sell it unless the person donating the item expressly agrees to the member selling the item for profit. This is considered as leeching. Leech's will be kicked.

9. Guild officers will settle disputes between members that cannot be resolved otherwise. Their judgment is final.

10. No member shall have dealings with those individuals on our "black list". We are friendly and helpful people. If someone is blacklisted, that is for a reason. Dealing with such individuals can be at best annoying, or lead to a scam.

11. Members may openly have Omni characters. Members should not use their Clan character's knowledge to hurt the org or the Clans. That is unethical and proven cases will be dealt with as a rule infraction. In other words, spying is bad.

12. Leaving A.) If a Recruit leaves, for whatever reason, they get one chance to come back. If they leave again, they will not be admitted back. Those who leave to become Omni without permission will be viewed as spies or traitors and will not be readmitted. B.) If a higher ranked person leaves, for whatever reason( other than "C" listed below), they get one chance to come back, if they leave again, they will not be admitted back. If there is controversy and a person(s) feel that they should come back, the guild leadership will take a vote, BASED ON their contribution to the clan, which includes social contributions. Any person leaving will be demoted one rank. C.) People who request to leave in advance for the purposes of equipping Omni armor or use of Agent abilities will not have such departure counted against them although this practice is not encouraged. This rules don't apply to people canceling their account. If you need to cancel your account, than come back, you will be welcome among us again. In any case, a fair warning is welcome.

13. A member who repeatedly violates these rules will be kicked from the org at the discretion of the guild leadership. Any member is subject to demotion as a warning and kicked if further disregard of rules is displayed. The guild leaders may have a council about any kick action.

14. As much as possible, take care of other players in the surrounding. Do not train mobs on them. If you are being trained and your only way out is through another group, the least you can do is warn them that a train is coming. If needed, it's advised to stand still and hold the train back as long as possible to give them enough time to escape. On a world where death is not permanent, an honorable death is better than a cowardish survival. And it protects our guild's reputation.

15. There might be exceptions to this rules if the situation requires it, or if a majority if guild mates vote for it.
