So you want to join kook central eh? Well, we don't let just any kook in RS. /nono, you have to be a particular kind of kooky for us.

What you should know:

1.) Rising Sun is an all-around org. We like to raid, party, PvP, and level. While some of us are interested in role play, it's not expected from every member. Avid RPers may wish to look elsewhere.

2.) Rising Sun does not tolerate the use of profane, hateful or sexually explicit chat in org channels. Continued offenses can and will lead to punishments.

3.) Rising Sun maintains a medium sized city in Varmint Woods featuring a large HQ, grid house, mining operations facility, as well as player market with over 100 terminals and a number of tower fields.

4.) While the majority of Rising Sun's members hail from the United States and play during normal daytime hours, a number of our members come from other areas of the world and play during other times of the day as well.

Well, not so fast mistah! We like to team with potential members and see how they play. Game knowledge is of little importance to us. Rather, we look for respectful, kind and kooky people.

The second stage of recruitment is an interview with one or more of our generals. We will ask you a series of questions about your play style and goals in the game as well as a few "get to know you" questions.

Finally, if your kookiness is up to muster, (or is it mustard?) we'll send ya the invite, give ya the tour, and commence with the cyb0rz.

To say that in a more serious way: upon successful completion of an interview, applicants will be invited to join Rising Sun under the applicant status until advisors feel comfortable promoting you to member. While under this applicant status, a persons behavior and actions will be monitored slightly more closely than that of a full member.
